    Predator table review, 2024 Expo

I guess I didn't see Dr Dave complaining about Diamond tables, just that some are bouncier than others. In fact, in my area people have switched leagues just to be able to play on Diamond tables. I also don't think some are referred to as outcasts as was stated, but more as in the minority, not...

    Predator table review, 2024 Expo

It would be really interesting if Tyler actually said the Predator table played more right than a Diamond. I say that as I'm pretty sure he is sponsored by Diamond, at least on his Facebook page he says that he is. Not only that, they give lessons at his house on a Diamond table. Did anyone...

Why do pros rarely use the dart stroke for jump shots?

Sure, but keep in mind that I was just watching him show two other players and they were about as knowledgeable as I was, and that sadly was basically a total beginner at jumping. So keep in mind that what he showed and demonstrated, I'm sure was more geared at getting us up to a basic level of...

    Johnny Holiday

Another contact for you if you are near the Appleton area, would be to ask for Mason Koch, at Mad Apple burger and Billiards. It's a large and active billiards place with a restaurant also. He is a great person with vast knowledge of all things billiards.

    Sealing Slate Seams

I think if I remember right, there were screw holes out in the middle of the slate on my Diamond professional that they had to fill when setting up.

I think there were over 2000 inlays in the Jacoby cue.

    Cuefits?

You're right Dave, and I realized that when I posted so quickly. That's why I Emailed them right after, and when they got back to me so quickly, I reposted all was well with my order as they responded back so quick. I really don't feel I was complaining, but just looking as to others...

Minor shaft taper change but big change in hit and feel

Had an eye opening experience yesterday after changing the shaft taper on the last 7" or so of a Schon shaft I had already brought down some. About a year ago I took a 30" Schon shaft down from its 13mm to a little over 12.4 mm. I don't use it for league but just wanted to try it a little...

    Rhino Cues on Facebook

Not sure if it matters to you, but it isn't actually a 30" shaft. It's 30" at the end of the tip, or about 29 5/8" as shafts are traditionally measured.

    Cuefits?

Must have missed that option, but probably wouldn't have used it anyways as I'm not really in a rush. They were very good about getting back to me so alls good for now. To be honest, I didn't realize I was ordering from China at the time as I remembered other members saying they used them, so...

    Cuefits?

Never mind. I just emailed them and they said it went out a few days ago, they just hadn't gotten around to notifying me. I will give them credit though for getting back to me almost immediately after me emailing them.

    Cuefits?

I recently made a fairly large order from Cuefits but they are taking quite a long time to give me ship info. It's over a week at this time. Is this normal with them?

Why do pros rarely use the dart stroke for jump shots?

No, I probably still wouldn't use it in league yet, but after practicing it how he showed, I had no problem jumping a ball at mid range distances. Up close and far, forget it, but he did explain how and what to change for that. With my limited practice I wasn't able to perform it as well as he...

Why do pros rarely use the dart stroke for jump shots?

I watched Brandon Jacoby giving lessons of the dart stroke at their booth to a couple of guys a couple weeks back, and not only did he make the dart stroke look effortless, but explained how to practice it and how and why to do what was needed with it. To be honest, I have only tried to jump a...

For a conventional underhand jump shot, heels up or down?

Was watching Brandon Jacoby, give a few guys lessons at their booth at our state tmt the other week and he just stood there and as smoothly as could be, jumped the balls effortlessly with no tippy toes. He made it look so simple, it was humbling.

    Using More Centerball

After watching that Felicano match posted yesterday, I would say he used center maybe 10%-20% of the time at most.

    feliciano vs dominicans wtf

Hey Monti, about a year after that, I was driving up to our place and we go right by it when coming into town. When going by, I see that it burnt down. I thought it was strange as they didn't have a kitchen but when asking my friend that I shot with there about it the next day, he said the word...
