Not sure if it matters to you, but it isn't actually a 30" shaft. It's 30" at the end of the tip, or about 29 5/8" as shafts are traditionally measured.

Was watching Brandon Jacoby, give a few guys lessons at their booth at our state tmt the other week and he just stood there and as smoothly as could be, jumped the balls effortlessly with no tippy toes. He made it look so simple, it was humbling.
