Is there a way to fix a 3/8x11 shaft that is stripped? and/or can you put a 5/16x14 thread/dowel inside? these questions might seem to common sense but... i dont know and am wondering what or if anything can be done. Thanks

Got this cue about a month ago and it hits lights out, the forearm is B rosewood with curly handle. what do all you azers think? after it was almost finished i had an idea i wish i had of done instead but... im sure thats how it always is.
