Regardless of what has been said or promised, the guy entered an event, paid the $$ to get there, won money and never received full payment. That is the bottom line, the guy is owed money. The promoter sure had some very very bad luck with the weather conditions and lost out in this venture...

So why do the UPA & WPA associate themselves with the US Open if players are owed money by the family who run the events? I thought the main orgainsers (WPA, UPA) should look after the players interests 1st? Maybe I'm missing something here but it all don't add up or maybe that's the way the...
