    Buyer / Seller transaction report

Smooth transaction with Rackattach as seller Bought this Porper cue case from Rackattach and the transaction went off without a hitch. Product was as described, well-packaged, and arrived lightning-quick. As soon as I figure out how to use iTrader I will leave positive feedback there as well...

    billiards coins

Man, you weren't kidding. The other night I used a challenge coin I got on eBay for a pocket marker, and I ran down to the eight and scratched, three times in a row, and shut myself out. Other guy shot exactly twice that match, breaking dry in the second and third racks. It was ugly.

Search for challenge coins. Common in military circles. But they're about the size you're looking for.

    Statement from LP Custom Cues

I'm glad to hear that unfinished cues are getting reconnected with owners. I bought a cue in progress from a raffle winner before all this went down. And soon as I get back to a computer instead of my phone, I'll be reaching out to you via PM. Fingers crossed...

    Mike Gulyassy Sneaky

I sold off a MG sneaky made in 2011, and have regretted it ever since. Also had him make a break shaft to make to one of the Taiwanese sledgehammers, and it was every bit as good a breaker as one of his customs, IMHO. I sold that cue, too, for which I will also never forgive myself.

    Know a Mechanic in VT?

Trying to move my neighbor's 7' AMF Playmaster table into my basement. Problem is, it's got a 1-piece slate and the local retailer/table repair place won't touch it for liability reasons. Anyone know anyone who can help out? Thanks in advance.

T Schaller Cue of (Woodstock , IL)

Had one. Sold it. Regretted it. Bought it back. Won't make that mistake again. EDIT: looks like the websites aren't working. Hope he's still making cues.

    Statement from LP Custom Cues

Just adding my name to the list. I bought an as-yet unfinished cue from another AZer, who won the cue in one of Lee's raffles, I believe. Lee was aware of this and knows that cue should be coming to me. August 2013 was when I was told the cue should be completed. I haven't reached out to Lee...

    9-Ball breaking with a heavyweight break-cue -- 26 ounces or more

I used to think a lighter cue would speed up my break immensely. But according to the break speed app, I was getting only a 5~10% increase in speed with a 16oz cue vs a 22oz, but my accuracy was all over the place. I feel like the extra weight in the cue keeps me from steering it off course...

Tool used to measure shaft diameter?

Most accurate is with a pair of calipers. If you have a soft tape measure with a mm scale you could measure the circumference and do some math, butting might not be quite as accurate.
