The family is always incomplete, without all its children.

I thought you had decided to finish elementary school

I went to a meeting in Chandler one time at a Sheraton resort.
Leave it to my company to have a meeting in August in Chandler, Arizona.
It was so hot, the swimming pool was hot, the cold water in the rooms was hot.
The limo's for us didn't have cooling system capability to handle the load past 95
degree's, so we left them at the hotel and took taxi cabs.

My boss wanted to go skeet shooting somewhere in the desert near or on a
reservation, and it was over 120 degree's shooting off the concrete.
The overhead fans in the lodge barely ran and the guy told me they are at the end of
the power line for the reservation and only get 90 volts.
Man that was hot, damn hot, and there was no way to get cool other than maybe a
restaurant, and I can't remember if it was cool in the hotel rooms.
This was the early nineties.
At least it was dry heat

Sounds god awful miserable. I think when it hits 120 I'd be willing to give up the "dry heat" for a very wet heat.

This will be my second summer out here (not in a row). Definitely prefer it to the gulf coast humidity.

If you get tired of the heat, Flagstaff is less than 200 miles north.
I went from 40 degrees to 106 just by driving south.

I remember you because it was you who encouraged me to file for VA benefits which has helped me significantly.

Welcome home.

Love to hear that.

How's it going, Cowboy? You haven't missed a lot.

Welcome back, Cocobolo Cowboy!
Woot! Woot! Hope all is well.

If I remember it right, your avatar is a cocobolo pool cue.
