So you think the Dims concern for the poor goes beyond the shameless vote buying stunts? Really? Blacks were no better off post barry. The clintons certainly made lasting change in Haiti. nancy, diane, kamala and gang have really improved the situation in Cali. Chicago is the crown jewel of the dim party. You pretend to be neutral.
