For a guy to still be playing at a high level at the age of 60 I would have to give the best stroke award to Efren.

this Semih Sayginer guy can't even hold the cue level.

being serious for a moment: those are amazing trick shots and phenomenal body control with an air bridge, but there's no way i can evaluate his stroke for anything else because he never hits a normal shot in any of that video.
Here is a run of 24 "normal" 3-cushion billiards in practice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDF6WnKfsyc

According the the "AZB Measuring System" that would have to be the person that has won the most cash in Cuesports.

Going on this, I'm thinking Stephen Lee. That has has disgusting stroke power, and top snooker accuracy to go with it. Doubt he' sever played pool though.

KMRUNOUT

I'll second that. Last I heard about him he was in some hot water but he's got a build like Larry Nevel and cue power to match. Some of his shots he's pulled off on a snooker table are ridiculous

In the past, EFREN BY A ****EN MILE.
after that, Ronnie Alcano.

Now, i wld say Jeffrey Ignacio.

My definition of smooth is effortless on auto-cruise control.
Peace :)

Definitely Efren. I've watched him shoot many times at his sister's place in Mabalacat. Not as many as Cesar but still quite a few...No one would play him, he was just hitting balls around. He could do anything he wanted to do. Forget about his bridge, his follow through, etc.. The final result is what counts. He had every shot and therefore was successful at any game he played with minimal effort. He spent more time playing chess than practicing. He was and still is a Natural!!! He is more of a defensive player but he could do whatever was needed. If he only had a stronger break he'd go down unquestionably as the greatest all around player ever to play pocket billiards. I heard Mike Sigel commentating on a Nationally televised event in the 1990's say Efren Reyes is the greatest all around pool player ever to play the game.... Straight pool, 9 ball, 8 ball, One pocket, Rotation (61, was and probably still is the national billiards game in the Philippines), Banks, kicks. You name it, he could do it with ease.

among all Filipinos that I usually see here in the Philippines, Ronnie Alcano, Raymund Faraon and Antonio Lining have the smoothest stroke. Their cues seem to be very very light when they stroke it. Among the 3, I admire Alcano's accuracy. there was one time I saw him stroke the cue for more than 20 times, before finally hitting the cue ball.

My vote goes to Antonio Lining, his stroke is smoooooooth & deceptive.
For what it's worth I really like Larry Nevels stroke as well.

Best stroke besides me?

Mike Segal=very calculated, precise.
And as someone said Buddy Hall nice compact stroke, never understood these guys with exsageratted follow thru's! I see it more and more. keep it short, control your backstroke, as well as amount through the ball, see my video's on cue stick control. some shots I look at and say 1" back, 0 follow, or 3" back & 2" follow, or 5" and 3", but you have to be able to stop the cue smoothly. Hall shoots like this its hard, but much less can go wrong. there is a youtube of me playing Buddy in Burbank, I bet him 11 to 3. Those were the days.
