You can ban a safety shots from pool but you cannot band anyone from missing shot.
I never call a safety, I just call another pocket or miss depending on the game.

Just curious, you've never played a safety yourself? Some of the best shots I've ever seen made were in response to a safety. No safeties at all would produce some really boring pool.

Heck, if they ban Safeties, I would quit League. I just love putting a big one on those 'tards.
You can take Safety Shots out of the game, but you can't take the Game out of Safety Shots.

I agree for eight ball, nine ball, and ten ball.
Plus...every time someone misses, incoming player has ball in hand.
The three foul rule is the worst rule in the game.
Games should always be won by making the money ball or the one that counts.
