Web site works fine. On the 5/16x14 and 18. A lot of the joints using them are piloted. You may want to consider that next time you do a run. Say .540 i.d.x .200 deep.

The pilot you mean a concave groove on the male pin, right? Which allow the female insert enter I guess.

I thought about it before making. If need a 0.54”ID x 0.2” deep groove, the thread hard to make in one Stainless steel bar with this groove. Then, I need make a separate pin and glue it with a ss arbor. It may affect center issue.
