Well another year has gone by for me and I want to thank everyone for all the support.

Good, bad or indifferent I was hoping some of you could let me know how myself and UltraSkin Layered Tips have been treating you?

Such things as:

Has communication been okay?

Do the tips arrive in a timely manner?

Are you satisfied with quality?

IS YOUR CUSTOMER SATISFIED WITH QUALITY?

Plus many more things you might care to add. Just looking on if I need to make improvements?

Next time I need/want a new tip I'll be sure to hit you up. I don't have a shop or anything but put tips on every now and again for others. I'm always looking for something new to try.

Recently put a US med. on a OB Classic+. Played ok but on this shaft it was still kinda soft. Changed to a US hard and BAM: the crisp hit and sound i like was there in spades. The Classic+ tends to hit sorta soft and the hard tip is sweet.
