Don’t know anything about these...I’ve researched for 3 months now and came up empty. Based on where the collector was located, I would think this is perhaps a mid-Atlantic regional maker or even one that is/was local around the Baltimore area.

Both are flat face 5/16-18 joints. Both cues are not cored. Merry Widow styles with heavily adorned butts. Both cues roll reasonably straight, no noticeably bad warp or anything.
