3 rails?

Wow, I watched it about a dozen times and still can't be sure if he got the 'second' rail. I'd love to see it in super slo-mo.
In a game, if I ever played someone who could play that shot I'd give them the point, because I'm not sure he didn't get the second rail.

in the comments if you look down a bit there is a super slow of it still hard to see

I looked at it frame-by-frame expanded and it looks like it may have been anywhere from two to four cushions. The video is neither clear enough nor at a high enough frame rate to really be sure. The cue ball could have gotten four because of the small amount of masse that the left side spin would have gotten on the ball.
I have set up the shot in Virtual Pool (and carom) and it is possible to get three cushions with the shot. I haven't gotten four yet.
I would hate to be the referee for this shot.
