If you are selling a cue, what is the right thing to do? Lets say you have a shaft that at the bottom of the ferrule the diameter is 13mm. But at the tip, it is 12.5mm. Should you make it known that if you want a 13mm shaft you will need a new ferrule or do you just call it a 13mm tip and call it a day? In my mind, if someone tells me 13mm, then the tip should be 13mm. If it was 12.9 I wouldn't sweat it. What say you?
