Take 95 N to 495 N to RT 3 N. Once on RT 3 N take exit 32. When you get off exit 32, onto the rotary take 1st right and go down to the 2nd light. At the 2nd light take a right on to Parkhurst Rd. We are on left, #67 behind Wal-Mart.

entry fees can bring a discrimination suit against them. A tournament is a tournament, entry fee is an entry fee to ALL PLAYERS. You can not change entry fees because of some whim you have.

Your basing the entry fee off a SUBJECTIVE OPINION, for pete's sake.

I would be willing to bet if a player called the city or the DA, they would make a little visit to the room.

How did the tournament go yesterday? I didn't get to making it myself:( . I looked up on the myspace account but couldn't find the list of players hand their skill levels:mad:. Could you please post a link for that:cool: ? I would like to know where I stand in it:confused: .

Gambling, lotteries, bingo, etc laws are state specific. There is no UCC for gambling. I tried doing a little googling on this subject and can not find any information about laws around tournament entry fees for any state. On what do you base you opinion that this is illegal? Or are you just making this up because you don't like their structure?


BTW, sounds like a nice place and a great tournament.
