Identify a bar table.

A friend just got this table and we are trying to figure out who manufactured it. I’ve never seen one like it. It appears someone drilled new bolt opens to be able to mount Valley style rails.

The ball window slides open, which is real different. And the coin mechanism is a single quarter per play, which would lead me to believe this is a pretty old table. 1950’s maybe?

Thanks in advance.

There’s a vender plate, but no manufacturer name anywhere.

Well I assume it’s a vender plate. I’ve never heard of a table company named Fawn.

Aren't the NJ Nationals the later models? Weren't the originals made in Cincy?? Two different Nationals?

Quite possible. I've only worked on a few of them. Never paid much attention to the finer details, only the 'National' name. The design is distinct.
