Did Jay's 1-p ghost table allow BIH after the break?... I don't think so. Perhaps he modified the standard rules.... anybody know?

What I recall from Jay's thread is... if you scratched on the break, you have BIH in the kitchen and you're -1.

And if you didn't scratch and you got stuck w/o an opening shot, you were SOL.
