Cue with small gold cross

Hi, guys any body know who would have built a cue with a small gold cross a few inches below the joint? Most likely a west coast builder. Thanks

Thanks for the info guys. Base on your information I was able to find out from Robin Dodson that Adams was the maker of the cue for her. But, I didn’t think to ask her if it was a personnel cue or just designed for her as a series. I have searched for Adams cues, Robin Dodson series but have not had any luck. Can anybody direct me to a wed site with more info?
