It does deflect more on leap years. Another scientifically proven fact is "pull of gravity is amplified by 0.001 hc/p" Thus, explains less bad rolls this year. According to:

the cueball is only affected by the moon's gravitational pull, which varies like the tides. those bad nights when youre missing everything it is pulling directly left or right.

I dunno about all of this. I am sure there must be something to it. I mean, when there's a reference to it on the internet...it MUST be true.

All I really know is this. When cue ball deflection causes me to miss, I definitely Leap!
