My brother had one. Very nice cue. The hit is firm, think Schon.
I've owned 4 over the years. None recently though. What everyone says about the hit is spot on. The only thing that I didn't like was that it felt skinny in your grip hand. I think the butt is a tiny bit smaller than was normal then (10 years ago). It could have been my imagination but that's the way it seemed. Overall, I really like his cues. He also had an aprentice named Joe Ezel that went on to make some really nice cues. He is in the Hattiesburg, MS area if you are in the market.
Thanks for clearing that up, Jude. I agree, it doesn't effect the integrity. It's just different.
how bout the newer ones. did the diameter of the butt increase?
