Does anyone have a copy they are done with and would want to sell? It has been awhile since I have looked for this on here. The last time I tried, nobody seemed to have one for sale. I prefer the Book to the DVD, just for portability of use. PM if you want to sell one and how much you are looking to get. Thank you.
