With Thorpe's undefeated win at TS XXIX, here's an update to the counts of winners who were undefeated versus those who came from the one-loss side:

13 undefeated (events, without the Roman numerals, # 2, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 24, 26, 27, 29)

16 with one loss

And we now have 7 finals that have ended at 13-11, but still no hill/hill final match.

And Hatch tied Morris with 3 second place finishes. I still believe there's some merit to second place.

With Turning Stone XXX coming up this week, I thought I'd re-post my list of the winners and runners-up, and the score of the Finals match, from each of the previous 29 events.

The 29 Turning Stone events have been won by 16 different players. Bustamante and Immonen have each won twice, Van Boening has won 3 times, Shaw has won 5 times, and Archer has won 6 times.

In addition to the "blue" guys in the previous post, some other entrants who are fully capable of winning are Aranas, Fortunski, Juszczyszyn, and Kazakis.

Edit -- Will SVB make it in time? He's in China now, playing in a Chinese 8-Ball event.
