Who made Dennis orcullo new cue

Dennis now has a sponsorship deal with them, I believe.
Bob Meucci, (Robert), started a thread in the "Cue Reviews" section on Oct. 3rd. It's the 1st time I've seen anything from him, I didn't know he was an Az member. I've been following the thread but I haven't seen another comment from him! Hmmm

That is a new Meucci, made by Bob personally to suit Dennis' tastes. Dennis loves this cue and Bob is making him a second one that's a little thicker thru the butt and slightly heavier. Dennis also has a break cue made for him by Bob. Dennis is one of those players who is constantly tweaking his equipment. He is using a Porper cue extension that I loaned to him. Took me years to get him to use a cue extension. He preferred using a bridge and is still adapt with one. His one concession to Tiger is the Sniper tips. He swears by Tiger tips.
P.S. Dennis quit smoking two months ago and gave up gambling in the casinos (his big weakness) and is much happier for it. I harped on him about his smoking habit for years as well and finally he got the message. I knew that he was in a good state of mind heading into this match and I bet accordingly. No funny lines like before, just straight betting on Dennis to win. All my bets were at 3-2 odds with no games on the wire. I did make one bad bet the first day for Tony to reach eight and it cost me dearly. That's gambling! :smilewinkgrin:

Jus sayin, how many people are gonna buy a Meucci just because DO. Plays with ome? Not many imo. Being by far the largest ,consumer for pool goods is leagues and they say less than xxx can name three pros ( and DO Isn't one lol ). That leaves folks like us on here and with some exceptions Meucci does not have the best name and can't see one of us buying one just because DO is playing with one. What do yall think????

Well I don't know if I would go out and buy one just cause DO is slaying players with his but I might get a few of my Moochies out and see if they have any magic
I.have said the same before about Shane and cue Tec.
I bought a cuetec r360 partly because of Shane. I understand he could probably play great with any cue, but it caught my attention. I also didn’t want to spend very much on a cue. I’ve had it for over 2 years and I’ve been happy with it

Meucci wanted to be a strong player or at least get their name out there again. Having Dennis , Max and Corey play with their cues is a good idea.
That cue is not a looker though. Thick gawdy block rings with nickel rings just do not flow with the cue at all imo.
I tot Tony was using an ebony on ebony sw, looks like it from the stream.
This one looks more like a cocobolo butt sleeve, coco into ebony forearm.
