This book by Wayland Marlow is hard to find at a reasonable price. This copy appears to be unread but there is a bump at the bottom of the spine. About 250 pages.
There are lots of equations, diagrams, and derivations. Marlow did several interesting experiments including measuring the contact time of ball-ball collisions (about 200 microseconds).
If you have no interest in the details of the physics of billiards, this book is not for you. Note again that there are lots and lots of equations.
The cheapest on-line copy is $230.
$120 includes shipping.
