What is value of used Brunswick Prestige Oak 9" Pool Table

I am looking into a used Brunswick Prestige Oak 9" Pool Table:
1. What is the value of it?
2. How much is normal rate to disassembly, assemble, and level a table (I'm in Atlanta, GA area).
So with those two answers I'm looking for what my total price I can expect to put out.

That one may even be a little high.

To disassemble, put in truck, transport, take from truck, assemble, and level with new cloth (Simonis 860 is $360) is going to be $200-$300 plus mileage plus cloth.
