AZB has its own special cachet.
If you are a pro pool player, you will get lambasted for everything under the sun, even not repaying guys who lost money betting on you, go figure.
If you are a cue maker, any late order, poor communication, or lack of perfection in your work deserves at least a blistering 75 response thread, about half knockers and half buddy boyz.
If you are new and anyone takes a dislike for any reason, often because they misread the post, it is up for grabs what might be the responses.
Post and forget, best bet.
In your particular case, I am still wondering why you went back into the box with a guy who shot air barrels at you during your first outing. Makes no sense to me. Do you really know your opponent would have paid off if you had won the ahead set? How do you know that?
From a distance, your opponent's behavior has all the elements of a classic hustle: first, air barrels on day one when playing by the game (and he makes sure to rub your nose in it), second, changing the bet to an ahead set on the second outing, and third, taking down the ahead set even though on day one he had never been ahead anything near 5 games, and last, he still has you thinking you can beat him anytime. Classic old school hustler moves, all of them. Just my two cents, hoping you are not falling for any funny stuff, but can't help you if you are.
Always remember the anonymous internet forum motto:
Kick 'em when they're down,
and iffen they ain't down,
kick 'em til they are.
