Hey guys...I have a question. I'm sure there are different ways to apply the finish. But... When you apply the finish, do you do it before you drill, tap, and install pin? And before drilling and tapping shaft? Or after installing the pin etc.?

What do you put, if anything, up against the collar when applying the epoxy or clear coat? Or nothing? I was thinking of a piece of delrin....
Make your own jig. Make it .005" smaller.
I do the pin and threading before hand and have multiple sized delrin fittings that I use to protect the pin, and threaded hole. Being that I use UV finish, I unscrew the fitting a hair before curing so the collar doesn't get stuck and cause lift when removing.
