Which is which tip?

It's hard to tell but, I would say the bottom cue has the samsara tip.
You should be able to tell by working the tip with sandpaper. The samsara is very hard but, it's still leather. The phenolic will rough up much different.
Also, hit with both, the hard leather will be more muted and will have a "hard leather" feel to it.

Same here, looks like phenolic grain on the top one, but hard to be sure.
Take a spoon and tap them, one will sound a lot more plastic-y than the other.
My guess is the top is leather. Let us know the correct answer.
Yep. Top one looks like plastic on the sides.
Ok thanks everyone for the replies. Most of you were right. The top is the phenolic and the bottom is this Samsara hard. The sound of was very close but when I took a tip shaper to both it became obvious which one was the leather. Thanks
