I'll be there. Finally, a straight pool tournament on our half of the country. :)

Doesn't happen often, so I hope all of the West Coast straight pool players show up!

I'm glad to hear you'll make the trip out here for this event. With the success of this tournament, I will make sure that there will be others. But I can't do it without the cooperation of the players. Therefore, I need you guys to come out and participate in this unique event. You may have seen the results of the 1st 14.1 Straight Pool Tournament I had earlier this year on AZ Billiards. If you haven't, you can certainly look it up in the AZ Billiards news archives. I've been in contact with our winners of that event (Oscar Dominguez and Ernesto Dominguez) and they said they will be there to defend their title. If you have any questions email me or give me a call. We'll see ya soon, pass the word. :)

Thank Again,

Thank you,

Is this Alex's new place? If so, I've heard good things about it.

I will definitely be there (I'll email you within the next day). Straight pool tournaments are a rarity these days... it's nice to see you trying to keep it alive.

Well if there's no open toe shoes allowed, I don't know if I can play! No 6-inch pumps?!?

Yes, it is Alex's place and yes it is a nice hall. Since he took over this place, he has really upgraded this poolhall really well. He has a full kitchen with beer and wine and equipped with 20 9' tables, all Gold Crown III's and IV's. He also has 3 or 4 bar boxes for his APA leagues.

Talk to ya soon,
