I have a new Olhausen table with Mahogany colored accu-guard cloth. Conventional wisdom would dictate I use chalk as close as possible to the color of that cloth. I use pewter colored chalk. The color of my tile and grout is very close to pewter. The chalk does show up on the cloth, but cleans off very easily. I tried to use maroon chalk and it made a mess of the floor. Normal floor cleaning shows no sign of chalk and the table looks great (plays great by the way also). :thumbup: Have others made the same choice for carpet or tile reasons? I use a good vacuum with horse hair brush on the table.
