haha, I was waiting for that.
The Tascarella hits perfect but Its still not "broken in" enough. The White is like my favorite tennis shoes, never lets you down. The Tascarella will become by main cue very soon, its just not quite "ready" yet.
a couple pics...I'm seeing a trend with Hoppe Tasc's in this thread.

My biggest issue with brand new cues are the shafts. I don't like a shaft that is so smooth and slick that feels like a piece of plastic. I perfer to "feel" a little something when I am stroking. I like a shaft once it gets a little dirty and grainy.
I guess it is time for another Rick Howard
Best Post I have ever seen.....!!!! I am the exact same way. I prefer the shafts to be chalked up beyond belief if I am gonna play with the cue. I dont play enough to get chalk over my new ones to ever feel comfy using them as a player.
All the rest are gone (save the old Helmstetter, which the ol' man plays with, and it's a little 'wonky')...and I am so friggin' broke, I can't afford to pay attention...but this one I still have. Might well be the only cue I can own for a while...and I can live with that. :yeah:

Better question would be: Why didn't you sell it to me?!?!?
Mark <---dummy-er
You REALLY don't want to know what I bought and sold it for.....
