My last post around these parts was back in October 2014... I missed you guys.

I have not been to a pool hall in two years!

So what have I missed in this time?

Is Kamui still worth it's weight in gold? JB Cases the way to go?

I'm looking to get back into the hobby, things are slowing down for me at work. I found someone to put up with my shit; and she said yes.. so I'm getting married.

So don't mind me; if I ask stupid questions..

This thread follows the usual course of some people giving serious answers (equipment differs, ivory vs. clay vs. plastic balls, slow cloth, dead rails, 14.1 vs. 9 ball, 9' vs. 10' tables etc.) until everyone gets bored and Lou & SJD take over arguing about Mosconi and 14.1 and SJD harping about One-Pocket as usual. SJD argues with guys who've probably never bet a dime in their lives on a pool game but he has nothing else to do so "whatever". The hijack then becomes complete and everyone forgets about the thread and ignores it until some imbecile starts Old vs. New #25 this month:eek:. It's coming, just as sure as you are here.
