He doesn't give the nuts and bolts for free, you need to buy the book.

However he does do a bunch of videos which aren't necessarily understood unless you do buy the book.

It's not free for the same reason an artist's painting isn't free, or a recording musician's music isn't free.

The difference with CTE is that it was one of many of Hal's creations. People have always tried to figure it out. That's why there's a million variations.

Stan Shuffett enhanced it by incorporated his own creativity into the system, which makes his version 100% his. And it's not free, nor should it be. He's been selling it for many years, and will soon be selling his own book also. I support this 100% because he's entitled compensation for his original/creative work. So am I.

Copied from Brian's post dated 02/07/2017.

Three years ago in a pool hall in Atlanta, GA, I was asked how I aimed, and my reply was, "I don't know....instinct I guess." The kid that asked me the question probably thought I was holding out on him. Anyway, the question stuck with me. How do I aim? I don't know. I just make balls. I started asking other players, A players and a few B players, how they aim. I got some funny looks, but basically everybody told me the same thing I'd told that kid in Atlanta....instinct.

Well, I could't teach my kids "instinct". So, using a little math and a protractor, I discovered something pretty incredible. I have divided the pool table into 3 zones and use fractional ball aiming to pocket any ball from any position. I started teaching my girls how to do it, then showed a neighboring kid from Slovakia (a foreign exchange student). They caught on so quickly that my wife suggested I write a book to show others how to do it. We're hoping the book does well enough to offset some medical expenses.

If this sparks anyone's interest here, see the example shot below. The book is called Poolology, Mastering the Art of Aiming. It's self-published on lulu.com, but I may start selling pdf versions on eBay soon. With this system you can determine the exact fractional ball hit needed to pocket any cut shot on the table. It's quick and accurate, and you don't have to shoot a million balls to learn how to pocket balls consistently.

End Post.

See the bold lettering. This is why I purchased the book.
Free doesn't pay the bills.

Have a good day :)

Thanks John. After posting this back in February, I immediately backed away from mentioning the bills. I want the material to sell because it's good and useful.! I appreciate your purchase, and I hope you got something out of it besides the good feeling of just helping out.

Thanks again.
