1. from the client's feedback & personal test, it neither loose, nor tight during threading the atlas pin. it fits very well.
2. just have this tap, not full size (oversize, standard, undersize). if special requirement, kindly get other size taps from other resources.

I think it's standard fit tap, but loose or tight is subjective issue, and pins in the market now, you can find from many different resources, different supplier may have slight size difference .
