Nova – Super Nova
Forearm: Ebony forearm with ivory points. Each ivory point appears to be scrimmed but in fact they are inlaid. There are 198 in each point. The base of the points there is malachite between the points.
Handle: The spalted maple burl handle has 8 rows of malachite diamonds that are bordered in ivory. There are 62 of these malachite diamonds per row!!! There are 8 chain link rows of ivory with 62 links per chain.
Butt: Ebony butt sleeve with a reverse of the upper half points.
This cue has over 3500 inlays and was well over 400 hours to complete. This cue is featured in the color section of the Blue Book of Cues, second edition on page 80. This is THE fanciest cue made by the Nova Shop.
