Decided to give this its own thread.

The National tournament is tomorrow at Red Shoes. People qualified by how they did in their local leagues. We are not sure how many will play but we will find out tomorrow. We might start before noon.

From Red Shoes, Ron Shepard took first and will go off at a 140 Handicap. Ed Latimer took second and will also go as a 140. Andy informed me that although I took third, I was still eligible as the league director, so I might as well throw my money and my hat in the ring and I go as an 80. I have no idea who the other players are or what there handicaps are but I will find out soon enough.

We will live stream at least one table at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/dmgwalsh.

Other tables at http://www.ustream.tv/user/redsh0es may be streamed but I have not received confirmation of that yet.

Thanks to Andy Walker for bringing this tournament to Red Shoes.

Has the tourney permanently moved to Red Shoes (or at least the Midwest)?

I run my own independent league & hold a year-ending tourney. If this tourney is to remain geographically "reasonable", maybe I will sanction with 14and1.com. Location of the tourney has always been the major hangup. Hmmm.

I doubt that it has. Andy Walker will decide where it is played.

By the way, you have been threatening to bring your straight pool game up to red Shoes for years.

Open tournament $500 added on October 27.

We were streaming the other tables too, but we only could record the one table.
