Hey Azb, haven't seen one like this before. (I do not own it.) Any Idea what it could be?

Looks like an old Brunswick case that somebody had some hand tooling done.
IIRC Brunswick did not offer this service.

To me, it appears to be a Lord Brunswick model leather case from the 70s ( by the handle design- the Lord Brunswick case had leather handles with metal corners like yours) , which was the top of the line Brunswick case- I have one that is mint. My guess is that someone had it hand tooled and replaced the strap closure with the locking closure. Does it have GREEN felt liner that would hold one butt and two shafts? That would also indicate Lord Brunswick model genuine leather cue case.
