Turned a #2 morse taper

Turned a #2 morse taper tool holder out of delrin today. First I parted off a 2.25 inch section. Did a center hole and then stepped up the drills to .5 inch. Switched to a boring bar and set the compound to 1.6 degrees. Ran it out to the end. First try had it perfect. So now I can put my mt2 pen mandrel into my 3 jaw chuck and it fits snug. Yeah I could have spent 15 bucks on a mt2 tool holder but I ended up spending 1 dollar and got to put to work what I have been learning in videos and reading. Now I am ready to make some collets for some shafts. Here are some pics
