The installer still should at least have informed you that the pocket liner screws were missing from the hardware provided, which would have given you the opportunity to research and find what screws you needed to get for him, so that he could install the pocket liners properly.

All of you are correct, he should have informed me, at any rate, I am glad it is fixed and nothing to worry about now.

I can live with the 3-ball having one scratch and the 6-ball having just two, I did not inspect other balls thoroughly but I think they're ok.
