I found this site a couple months back that rates pros (amateurs are not listed) based on matches in bigger tournaments. I'm not sure what the specifics are on how they calculate ratings, but it seems to contrast with Fargo in that only professional players are included and it draws data from mostly Japanese tournaments along with a few larger international events.
At the very least, I think it showcases a lot of Japanese players who have very few if any games in the Fargo system.
Just thought you guys might find it interesting and maybe those more knowledgeable than me could give a comparison against Fargo.
