Really pretty Cue.
I'm not sure if this was from Eugene/Iiona Balner era of Palmer Cues.
I was surprised that this cue is vastly "Under valued", as, if a modern cuemaker made this, it would be more $$$ ?

Seems inlaying is out for 2020..
Seems the trend for 2020 Cues is going back to the "Grass Roots of Custom Cues"...
The old saying, "That's the way a cue supposed to look" is coming back
2020 is going to be a great year..
