El gran Galo Legarda

The late Galo Legarda was a 3-c billiard champion from Ecuador - he played in International tournaments . There is a picture of him playing in an International tournament in either Vegas or Lima mid 70's in Eddie Robins ' book on 3-c.

Here he is winning a tournament unfortunately only a few shots and angles not good.

More vintage -- Adolpho Suarez won the world 3-c in 1961 - here is Video that was done about him by a Peruvian News Agency - a few shots of him shooting - btw as bit of trivia - in the video there is an archive in Spanish of a tournament held in Peru won by Suarez and the guy who finished second is none other than Sixto Jauregui ( Sixto used to play in Sang Lee's room)
