Hey guys... What is the best combo of 2 woods for a jump break cue. Like maple and Cocobolo, Ebony and maple, etc.... Or a single wood. I will buy the spliced butt and then cut for jump handle....It will have a 3/8-10 pin at main joint and a radial at the jump handle. Looking to get to around 20-21 oz with a 58-60" cue. Thanks

I like a very light jump cue with a little weight at the tip. Which is not good for breaking, since low deflection is best if you don't hit dead center on the cue ball consistently.
This is why I do not like break/jump cues. Because I feel you will always sacrifice one or the other function, or have to compromise on both. Better to have dedicated tools for each function.
If you must have both functions in one, go with a heavy back section, coco or ebony, and maple front with a light mid-joint pin. 14MM shaft, with a super hard tip. It should break and jump fairly well.
