I would usually think of Jimmy Ingram right away, but Jimmy usually marks his cues. I have seen Paul Huebler cues with this type of diamonds. One other possibility I can think of is John Guffey. I had a cue that had those diamonds on the butt with a Szamboti forearm. Just a couple of ideas. Good luck with your search!
