I need to replace the flooring under my pool table, an old 9 ft Brunswick I got 3+ years back.

Is there some way to lift & shift that thing - how bad is this deal? suggestions?

Thanks!

I need to do the same thing with my Centennial. I'm going to dismantle it and move it and then install a new cloth. Reason it's a bad thing in my opinion, when raising the table to move it, the wax (or what ever is used) between the slates can become dislodged and cause problems. With that stated, the right way for me is to do it right the first time.

Post on Talk To A Mechanic. Ask realkingcobra.
Never mind. Next time just ask Black-Balled. He knows every thing.

I'd use a good mechanic to break it down and set it back up. You don't want to risk breaking a slate or other damage by trying to move it over and back by yourself.

Easy
Car Jack under frame, lift just enough to put large furniture sliders under 2 feet. Repeat at other end. Slide table, replace floor, slide back. Relevel under frame and adjustable feet.
