Cue & Case company in Florida sells the whole clear sticker template last I knew. I would recommend it as its great.

If can’t find it you can always take a magic rack and mark the center wholes with a pencil and place the clear donuts down. If rack is still loose adjust the donuts a little bit. I’ve done this and works just fine
