Oh that's easy, the guy that doesn't want to sell but the wife say get rid of it and he's ok I'll put it on Craig's list .
It's not his fault if no one calls he did his best.

I can see some solid justifications for low balling price regardless what's being ask, as long as you don't low ball under the price of a solid workbench.
