Wife says I can keep the pool table

I have an older "furniture" style pool table at home, but we are downsizing and moving to Las Vegas soon.

I had a strong feeling the wife was gonna object to taking the pool table to Las Vegas.........Then she said this:

She: Honey, I have one big favor to ask you about the pool table and the Las Vegas house...
Me: ....(worried) what is that?

She: Well, your table is not that nice, can we get a newer nicer table for the Las Vegas house?

Me:...(long pause)........Well.....I guess so, if it makes you happy..........:wink::wink:

She: Thank you honey!

That's like a wife finding out you had a girlfriend on the side and she asks "so do you think she'd like me too if we got together?". Score :grin-square:

You guys are probably right, I'm likely being tricked, right after I get a new pool table, she is going to buy $10K worth of designer purses and shoes :frown::frown::frown:

You realize this is just her way of trying to keep you away from the casinos and the other thing in Vegas that is Legal don't ya?:wink:
