Butt is dead straight. Shaft has minor taper roll(as almost all do), but it's not even close to enough to be detrimental to anyone's game. The cue rolls straight(nothing leaves the table) and plays right. The points on the titlist blank are vibrant and quite close to even.
The original shaft was warped, so the late Dave Bollman of Q-Master in Virginia Beach made a new custom shaft and refinished the cue. The finish looks good, but in the interest of full disclosure you can feel a tiny bit of pitting in a couple small spots between veneers in the points. There are also a couple darker spots on the forearm. Not sure if it's in or under the finish. The joint collar on the replacement shaft is close in color to the original collar on the butt, but more figured. The shaft has a small beauty mark a couple inches back from the ferrule. The spots and collars are pictured below. I do not have the warped original shaft.
Butt: 16.6oz
Shaft: 3.7oz, tip diameter 12.61mm
The weight bolt weighs 0.6oz and could probably be switched out for an aluminum one to shave off a few tenths.
Sale price $550 shipped. Only trades I'd entertain would be for titlist conversions.
Thanks,
Richard
