that's about what I've been doing, and it seems to work. I haven't focused so much on each word, just the slow back and forward while thinking the phrase. I've found that the final pause at CB before the final back swing (where you visual/finalize your shot) is the most critical for me.

If you watch the pros and say it along with their stroke, it's amazingly accurate with the timing of most of them. Ball contact is at the finish of the sentence.
I don't say it while I'm shooting, but I make more balls stroking slowly and when I miss, it's usually because I rush the stroke.
