why are the women being compared with the men? Most of these women only play in women tournaments,
Fargo computes your rating based off games won/lost, not how well you played.

FargoRate does not merely use games won/lost. This is an important distinction. It uses games won/lost against opponent of known rating.
So if Siming Chen consistently beats Karen Corr 9-7
And Corey Deuel consistently beats Karen Corr 9-7
Then Siming Chen and Corey Deuel are performing similarly.
